Provides Residential Advocacy

Patients’ Rights Advocates investigate complaints about licensed board and cares and unlicensed residential facilities where mental health consumers live. Patients’ Rights Advocates may also coordinate with the State of California Community Care Licensing and the Long-Term Care Ombudsman for residential complaints.
