Strategic Planning for Shasta County’s Future

In a unanimous decision, the Board approved the formation of an ad hoc committee consisting of Supervisors Plummer and Long to develop a strategy for creating a comprehensive County Strategic Plan. This initiative will define countywide priorities, establish both short-term and long-term goals, and create a clear roadmap for the county’s future. A strategic plan offers numerous benefits, including:
