The Pacific Crest Cottage is a simple, single-story backyard cottage that will complement any home while providing valuable additional space. The ADU is designed for easy aging in place for those who would like to use it as an in-law’s cottage, but it would be equally fitting for use as an income generating long-term rental unit. The layout includes one bedroom, a full kitchen with island-top dining, a living space, in-unit laundry accommodations and a bathroom that is accessible from both the living space and the bedroom.
