In order to encourage a variety of housing projects featuring a mixture of housing types affordable to the Very Low, Low, and Moderate income households the County created the Developer Incentive Program-Multiple Family Housing (Program H1-J) in the 2014-2019 Housing Element Update. Energy Efficient Housing Weatherization Programs
