Landfill Voucher Application

Dump Days have been discontinued. In their place, Shasta County Public Works and WM are offering a Household Trash and Bulky Item Landfill Voucher that will be valid once it's received until the end of December 2025. Apply for one today by completing and submitting the application below.

The voucher allows WM residential customers to dispose of up to 3 cubic yards of household trash or up to 3 bulky items at the Anderson Landfill (ONLY). Disposal of additional items or items exceeding the limit must be paid for by the customer. Only one voucher will be accepted per household. Vouchers cannot be given to another household, landscaper or business as they can only be redeemed by the resident it was issued to.

Acceptable Materials:

Three cubic yards of household trash or up to three bulky items (e.g. appliances, furniture, toilets, sinks, mattresses, metal, yard waste, and electronic waste; TVs, microwaves)

Unacceptable Materials:

Tires (of any size)

Freon containing appliances

Business and commercial waste

Commercial construction debris

What if I can’t transport my bulky items to the landfill?
