Grand Juror Application Form

2. Complete the form
3. Submit the form in one of three ways:
   • Email: Save your completed form as a PDF and then email the completed form to: administration [at] shasta.courts.ca.gov (administration[at]shasta[dot]courts[dot]ca[dot]gov)
   • Mail: Print your completed form and mail it to: Superior Court of California, County of Shasta, Court Administration Office, 1515 Court Street, Room 610, Redding, CA  96001
   • Deliver in person: Print your completed form and take it to the Superior Court Administration Office, 1515 Court Street, Room 610, Redding, CA  96001
      

Be sure to fill out all parts of the application, including the required references and brief essay.

Applications for the 2026-2027 term will be accepted through April 20, 2026.
