All regular employees are eligible for the following twelve paid holidays per year:
- January 1, New Year's Day
- The third Monday in January, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- February 12, Lincoln’s Birthday
- The third Monday in February, Presidents’ Day
- The last Monday in May, Memorial Day
- July 4, Independence Day
- The first Monday in September, Labor Day
- November 11, Veterans’ Day
- The fourth Thursday in November, Thanksgiving Day
- The day following Thanksgiving Day.
- December 24
- December 25
Depending on the bargaining unit, employees may have an additional Floating Holiday that must be utilized in the calendar year issued. Regular part-time employees will be eligible for a Floating Holiday on a pro-rata portion of their regularly scheduled hours.
