We thank you for your participation in the Housing Choice Voucher program and hope that some of the resources below make it even easier for you to continue.

1. If you would like to be paid via direct deposit you can complete this Direct Deposit Authorization form and follow the directions listed on the form to make this change. Please note that this form should be turned into the Auditor-Controller not to the Housing Authority.
2. If you plan to increase rent you must provide a copy of the notice as well as proof of service to the Housing Authority. If you already have documents you use for this purpose you can continue using those. If you do not have forms that you use for this, feel free to use this document
