IHSS Public Authority

The Shasta County In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority was formed on June 4, 2002, by Ordinance No. 2002-5.  It is governed by a five-member Governing Board, which is responsible for policy, fiscal management, and approval of contracts. 

The Shasta County Board of Supervisors sits as the Shasta County In-Home Supportive Services Public Authority Governing Board, which meets as necessary.
