Water Agency

The Shasta County Water Agency was formed in 1957 by California Senate Bill 67.  It is governed by a five-member Board of Directors, which is responsible for policy, fiscal management, and monitoring and purchasing water as necessary. 

The Shasta County Board of Supervisors sits as the Shasta County Water Agency Board of Directors, which meets as necessary.
