Employee Appreciation Day Vendor Form

Image inviting vendors to participate in Shasta County's Employee Appreciation Day

Are you a Shasta County business that wants to showcase your product at our Employee Appreciation Day event? We’re looking for vendors to display their products and provide samples for our amazing employees. Vendors that are interested in selling products or providing services on site must have a valid Anderson Business License at the time of the event.

Event Date: Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 11:00am to 2:00pm
(Set-up begins @ 10:00am)
Event Location: Anderson River Park, 2800 Rupert Rd. Anderson CA
The deadline to register is April 10, 2024.

 

We are asking that vendors bring their own tables, chairs, and a canopy if desired. This year's theme is "Working with you is like a walk in the park". We encourage local businesses and organizations to make their booths stand out! There will be hundreds of County employees and their families, feel free to bring any props, demonstrations, and/or samples. 

Note: Possession of an Anderson business license is required to sell product. Due to the location, vendor booths do not have access to power. Vendors will be prohibited from selling or serving alcoholic beverages on site. 

In lieu of a registration or booth fee, we encourage all vendors to include a raffle prize. 

Please submit below Vendor Registration form by the noted deadline. You will receive notification by April 19, 2024 advising if you have received a booth spot at our event. Please note that space is limited and vendor applications will be reviewed as received.
