REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO TO A REQUESTED VISITATION DATE. DUE TO A LARGE VOLUME OF REQUESTS, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING REQUESTS GREATER THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE. PLEASE CHECK THE VISITATION SCHEDULE FOR CORRECT VISITATION DAYS ACCORDING TO THE HOUSING UNIT IN WHICH YOU WOULD LIKE TO VISIT PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR VISITATION REQUEST.

Visiting hours: 7:30 to 11:30 am & 6:00 to 10:00 pm, 7 days per week. Additional 12:30 to 4:30 pm window available on weekends. You will be assigned a 30-minute time slot appropriate to the housing unit you are visiting. Once received, your request will be reviewed, and you will be notified via e-mail if the request has been approved and what time has been assigned.
