Cal-Learn Services

Cal-Learn serves CalWORKs clients under 19 years old who are custodial parents or pregnant. These teen parents are encouraged to stay in or return to high school and earn a diploma or its equivalent. Cal-Learn provides bonuses and sanctions, as well as needed supportive services and intensive case management.
