Shasta County Health and Human Services Agency's Community Relations team can be reached by phone at (530) 225-5040 or email cr [at] shastacounty.gov (cr[at]shastacounty[dot]gov). Staff are available during regular business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Staff try to respond to media requests from reporters within two hours on business days.
