Unless noted otherwise, the phone lines below are generally staffed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, but days and hours may vary.

To help better serve the community, Shasta HHSA has offices located throughout the county, in Redding, Anderson, and Burney.
All locations are closed on holidays. View the Shasta County holiday schedule.

Adult Behavioral Health and Social Services
Adult social service, mental health and substance use recovery related services are located in two offices on Breslauer Way in Redding.
Children's Behavioral Health and Social Services
There are four offices located in downtown Redding serving Shasta County youth, children, parents and resource families.
Public Health
Public Health has one physical location on Breslauer Way in Redding and a mobile care clinic.
Regional Services Offices
There are Regional Services Offices located throughout Shasta County to help people sign up for and access benefits, such as:
- CalFresh
- CalWORKs
- General Assistance
- Housing Assistance
- Medi-Cal
- Referrals to community resources
Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Offices
Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Food and Nutrition Services are available by appointment only (in person, by phone or online).
Clinic hours vary. Please contact the location nearest you to schedule an appointment.
