Cash Assistance for Immigrants (CAPI)
The Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants (CAPI) provides cash assistance to certain eligible aged, blind, and disabled legal non-citizens who are not eligible for Supplemental Social Security Income/State Supplemental Payment (SSI/SSP) because of their immigration status.
