Shasta County Health and Human Services Agency is proud to partner with local businesses and families in need to create opportunities for success. ShastaFACES2 - Family Assistance through Contracted Employment Services - offers employers 100% reimbursement of wages if they hire eligible Shasta County residents. This wage subsidy is available for up to six months and can be applied to wages up to $15 per hour.

Benefits of ShastaFACES2 include:

• Offset wage costs by paying 100% of employee wages up to $15/hour for up to 6 months
• Boost existing work-force
• Participants hired through ShastaFACES2 receive services including child care, transportation assistance and help paying for work- or training-related expenses
