Living on the streets can be unhealthy and dangerous. The folks in Whole Person Care have multiple health conditions and have struggled with homelessness in our county.

Through willpower and coordinated efforts by our finest providers, housing specialists, community members and landlords, we have all come together to make a difference in the lives of our neighbors and ourselves.
