Senior Fitness

Don't let age stand in your way of being in good shape. Adults ages 50 and above can join the Fun with Senior Fitness program. Classes are on-going and fit anyone's activity level. It's a great place to meet new friends, socialize and have fun. We have 6 locations in Shasta County with ongoing classes offered free or low cost ($5 or less) to seniors aged 50 years and older.

Instructors needed

You can become a volunteer Fun with Senior Fitness instructor! We're looking for people of all ages who want to lead fun, low-impact fitness classes for seniors. This is a great opportunity to promote health, connection, and independence for older adults while staying active yourself. Prior teaching experience is not necessary.
