Have You Lost Your Immunization Records?
- You can now get a digital copy of your California Immunization Records (CAIR) including all vaccinations reported by pharmacies and healthcare providers at Digital Vaccine Record (ca.gov).
- Your Digital Vaccine Record (DVR) is an official electronic record of your vaccinations from the California Immunization Registry (CAIR).
- If you need to update or locate your DVR, submit a request through DVR's Virtual Assistant tool.
- DVR is unable to locate or update your DVR over the phone.
- You can get a link to your COVID-19 Vaccine Record with a QR code or your California Immunization Record (CAIR).
