It's National Infant Immunization Week (NIIW). We are highlighting the importance of protecting infants and young children from vaccine-preventable diseases.

When are TB Skin Testing Days?

  • *TB SKIN TESTING DAYS ARE MARKED WITH AN ASTERISK "*" – CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT.

 

When do I  come back  for my TB Skin Test Reaction to be read?

  • Office is CLOSED for lunch during 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

  • You must return to have your TB Skin Test read or it will need to be repeated at your own expense. 

  • If the test is positive, you may need a chest x-ray (at your own expense). 

  • There will be a fee for interpreting the x-ray and for providing work/school clearance.

 

Where can I find the vaccines that are offered and their prices?

  • See the attached documents below to see which vaccines we offer and their prices depending on insurance status.

Have you lost your immunization records?

  • Please note that your historical vaccination records may not have been reported to CAIR depending on your provider.
  • You can now get a digital copy or your California Immunization Records at Digital Vaccine Record (ca.gov).

  • Your Digital Vaccine Record (DVR) is an electronic vaccination record from the California Immunization Registry (CAIR) and is an official record of the state of California.

  • You can get a link to your COVID-19 Vaccine Record with a QR code or your California Immunization Record (CAIR).

  • The COVID-19 QR code that (when scanned by a SMART Health Card reader) will display the same information as your paper CDC vaccine card: your name, date of birth, vaccination dates, and vaccine type.

  • Your CAIR record of all your vaccinations that were reported by pharmacies and healthcare providers to CAIR

  • If you are a parent or guardian and have multiple vaccine records associated with a single cell phone number or email address, enter each Digital Vaccine Record request separately.
