You can get a copy of your California Immunization Records (CAIR) and COVID-19 Vaccine Record which includes all vaccines reported by pharmacies and providers at Digital Vaccine Record.
If you need to update or find your DVR, use the DVR's Virtual Assistant tool to send a request.
DVR cannot help you find or update your DVR over the phone.
