Health Equity is achieved when every person has the opportunity to experience a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being.

To achieve health equity, we must address the root causes of health inequity - differences in health related to unfair, unjust and avoidable conditions.

that affects your community, such as housing laws and allocation of funding.  Mobilize community members to collectively advocate for decision-making that promotes wellbeing for everyone.
