Shasta County Healthcare Preparedness Program (HPP) Mission Statement and Cooperative Goals

The Shasta County Healthcare Preparedness Program (HPP) Mission Statement and Cooperative Goals document is to set forth guidelines and goals to fulfill the Hospital Preparedness Program (HPP) grant requirements. It is not meant to be a legally binding document but is to serve as guideline for providing guidance to the overall Healthcare and First Responders community for emergency preparedness in Shasta County.

CDPH EPO HPP Equipment Contract Information

Contact the HPP Coordinator for direction on the disposition of the Equipment on or before expiration of agreements, upon determination that Equipment is no longer wanted, usable or has passed its life expectancy. Reports of loss of Equipment or any irreparable damage must be made within 10 business days. Maintain property records and inventory of equipment for 10 years after termination of the applicable LFA provide copies of inventory annually on or before June 30th.
