California Reportable Disease Information Exchange (CalREDIE) Provider Portal

• Healthcare providers can submit Communicable Disease CMRs online via the CalREDIE Provider Portal. 

• The CalREDIE portal enables providers to send CMRs to Local Health Departments in a manner that complies with California law.
