What is the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team?
The Hill Country Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) provides on-the-spot mental health services to people experiencing a mental health crisis. The team is made up of a clinician and case manager who will respond to people in crisis in their homes or in the community. They work closely with law enforcement, emergency rooms, businesses and agencies.
Mobile crisis services are available 24/7, to all ages, county-wide.

The team operates out of the Hill Country C.A.R.E. Center, located at 1401 Gold St. in Redding.
