HIV-Early Intervention Services
Shasta Community Health Center
The Early Intervention Services (EIS) Program connects people living with HIV/AIDS to medical care.
EIS services include HIV/AIDS counseling, risk reduction counseling, case management, and patient education. We assist with referrals to services such as dental, nutrition, and mental health as well as referrals to medication assistance program, food programs, support groups and much more.
The EIS Program also provides rapid HIV testing and PrEP and PEP navigation services.
In working with community groups and individuals, EIS focuses on complete health: physical, emotional, social, financial, and legal.
