SHINE! Be a Spark in the Dark: Minds Matter Mental Health Resource Fair

Find your light and build your path to wellness at the 16th annual Minds Matter Mental Health Resource Fair.

Come explore ways to live well and support one another at this FREE, family friendly event.

At the event you can:

  • Talk with mental health and substance use treatment providers.
  • Take a mini workshop to expand your wellness toolbox.
  • Get creative at the arts, crafts and rock painting nook.
  • Perform at, or watch and enjoy, the open mic.

Resource Fair

Hope Is Alive! Open Mic

12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. - Intro to WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan)

Every year in May, Minds Matter brings together service providers, artists and performers to raise awareness for mental health in Shasta County.

Sponsored by the Shasta County Health and Human Services Agency in conjunction with the Stand Against Stigma Committee, and our many community partners and advisory boards. Funding for this event is provided through the Mental Health Services Act.
