Join us for this FREE Mental Health First Aid training.
Learn the skills to identify, understand and respond to a youth experiencing a mental health, substance use or suicide crisis.
- Designed for adults who regularly interact with young people.
- Introduces common mental health challenges for youth.
- Reviews typical adolescent development.
- Teaches how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations.
- Includes an overview of anxiety, depression, substance use, psychosis, ADHD, eating disorders and more.
All trainings include 2 hours of online, foundational pre-work and a 7.5 hour in-person session.
When: Friday, March 8, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
