Investigates and Responds to Inpatient and Outpatient Psychiatric Grievances

Patients’ Rights Advocates investigate and respond to grievances and complaints about inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment. Complaints may come from mental health consumers (both adults and minors), family, friends, or treatment providers. Advocates also provide referrals to other agencies that may be of assistance.
