What is County Medical Services Program (CMSP)?

CMSP provides health coverage for Shasta County adults ages 21 through 64 who have net non-exempt income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level and who are not eligible for Medi-Cal benefits.

  • By telephone. Call the Customer Service Center at 1-877-652-0731 to start an application.
  • Through the mail:
    Call 1-877-652-0731 to request a mail-in application be sent to you or print an application online and return it to:
